Connecting Seniors in Our Community
Each week, we offer dedicated programs in welcoming community spaces to support seniors who may be experiencing isolation or looking to stay socially and mentally active.
Kingsway Continental Residents
Fridays | 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Join us for a relaxed and friendly afternoon where residents can connect, engage in light activities, and enjoy each other’s company.
- Social and recreational activities
- Opportunities to build friendships
- Meals provided during special events
This program creates a warm, inclusive space where seniors can feel supported and connected.
Alice Frith Centre (AFC)

Fridays | 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Our AFC sessions focus on therapeutic recreation programs designed to support overall well-being for isolated seniors living in our community.
Activities may include:
- Arts & crafts
- Cognitive and social engagement activities
- Group-based programming that encourages participation and connection
