Adult Day Program: Monday - Friday

9:30-10:30 Members Arrive – Handy Dart Drop off

10:30-11:00 Tea/Muffin Social

11:00-11:45 Strength and Balance Exercises:

· Sit fit/Yoga

· Sit fit Enhanced/Active fit

· Stand fit

11:45-12:00 Brain Games/Short Program

12:00-1:00 Home Made Lunch & Dessert

1:00-2:00 Programs: A choice between four programs of the day.

· Active games

· Cognitive Games / Educational Programs

· Social/Emotional/ or Creative

· We also have 2-3 Musical Performances which include Classical by Health Arts Society http://healtharts.org/british-columbia

· Monthly Entertainment and Community Intergenerational Programs
